No one seems to be responding on this one, I guess everyone is off enjoying summer vacation. Your question has got me thinking about music and working out though. Right now, honestly, I don't listen to anything while working out but I would actually like to. I used to bring my mp3 player with me when I walked the mall. I just had a mix with all my favorite songs. Songs that make me happy. They don't necessarily have to have a strong fast beat just make me feel happy and invigorated. I like a lot of country but listen to lots of things in several genre. My dilemma now is I go walking outside and I have read it is safer not to have headphones. (allows you to be more aware of the noises around you) I understand it but it makes me kind of bummed. Any ideas on a solution?
I like to exercise to whatever's on my i-pod, especially ABBA, just skipping any slow songs that come up. Or I go to itunes radio on the computer, and blast out a 90's dance mix station.
I was going to respond to this, and forgot and went out of town. Two many on my list. I have a workout play list I can show you on my Ipod the next time you are over.
